1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wrenone (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. Wrenone reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.

2. Account Responsibilities

To use Wrenone, you must authenticate using your Twitch account. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Twitch Compliance

Wrenone provides an AI-powered chatbot service designed to integrate with your Twitch channel via the Twitch API and EventSub. By using our Service, you agree to comply with the Twitch Terms of Service, Twitch Community Guidelines, and Twitch Developer Services Agreement.

You are solely responsible for how the chatbot behaves in your channel, including the AI persona and instructions you configure. You must ensure that the chatbot's output does not violate Twitch's moderation policies.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Service to generate or promote hate speech, harassment, explicit content, or illegal acts.
  • Attempting to bypass our rate limits, security measures, or infrastructure protections.
  • Using the Service to spam, phish, or artificially inflate metrics on Twitch or other platforms.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the underlying AI models or memory architecture of Wrenone.
  • Selling, reselling, or commercially exploiting the Service without our express written permission.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Wrenone offers paid subscription tiers (e.g., Creator, Pro, Studio). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

Payment processing is securely handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription.

If payment fails or your account falls into arrears, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to premium features until the outstanding balance is paid.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or your viewers), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wrenone and its licensors.

You retain full ownership of your channel's specific memory graph and configuration data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the viewer facts extracted from your chat.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the billing dashboard and disconnecting Wrenone from your Twitch account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Wrenone expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the AI-generated responses will always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wrenone, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any AI-generated output that causes reputational harm on your streaming platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wrenone operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
