1. Information We Collect

Wrenone collects minimal information necessary to operate our AI Twitch chatbot and community memory engine. The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

• Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your Twitch OAuth data, which includes your public channel profile, email address, and username.
• Chat & Memory Data: When connected, our service processes chat messages transmitted via Twitch EventSub to extract high-level context, recurring topics, and community jokes.
• Payment Information: If you purchase a paid subscription, your payment details are processed directly by our merchant of record, Paddle. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our AI chatbot service.
• Improve, personalize, and expand the contextual responses of your specific chatbot persona.
• Understand and analyze how you use our website and service.
• Develop new products, services, features, and functionality.
• Communicate with you for customer service, updates, and promotional purposes (you may opt-out of marketing emails at any time).
• Process your transactions and manage your subscriptions securely.
• Find and prevent fraud and abuse of our systems.

3. AI Processing & Data Isolation

Our memory engine extracts facts from live chat messages to provide natural AI replies. Viewer facts are stored securely in Supabase and are scoped strictly to the channel in which they occurred.

We do not sell viewer data or use your channel's chat history to train public foundational AI models. The memories built in your channel remain isolated and are only used to enhance the chatbot experience within your specific community.

4. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, Wrenone uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information. We use these strictly for session management and basic analytics.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your data with third-party vendors and hosting partners who provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. These include:

• Supabase: For secure database hosting and user authentication.
• Vercel: For website hosting and serverless function execution.
• Paddle: For secure payment processing and subscription management.
• OpenAI / Anthropic: For generating the AI responses (data is sent via API and is not used by these providers to train their public models).

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Streamers maintain full ownership of their channel memory. You can view, edit, or permanently delete any extracted viewer fact directly within the Creator Dashboard at any time.

If you disconnect your Twitch account or terminate your subscription, your channel data and memory profiles can be permanently purged upon request by contacting our support team. We retain your account data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and comply with our legal obligations.

7. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All data in transit is encrypted via modern TLS protocols, and stored data is protected using role-based access control and secure database policies. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
